Greetings cocoa-devs! I've created a subclass of NSTextField in order to capture a single key combination (this will be used to let the user specify a hot key). Currently, you have to register a callback that gets called when the key combination changes, but i would like to fire an action instead. Unfortunately, the details on how to do that seem hazy. I know that I can define an IBAction in the controller class for the app that will use my subclass, but how to i get my subclass to then call that action?

Many thanks,
Keith
