PMSET - Tiger vs Panther problem (functionality cat fight)

  • Subject: PMSET - Tiger vs Panther problem (functionality cat fight)

I've been using the unix PMSET command in my application to allow it to schedule a time for the computer to wake up.
With Tiger I've been using:

PMSET schedule wakeorpoweron '11/1/2005 10:05:00'

I noticed that the version of PMSET with Panther those not include "schedule".

Does anyone know how I would do the same functionality with Panther? The end goal is to set a wake up time in the com.apple.AutoWake.plist (the same file that 'Energy Saver' modifies in System Preferences).

Any ideas/help would be great.

Thanks,
Jerry
