The only book that's current (as of 10.3) is Cocoa Programming for
Mac OS X by Aaron Hillegass (2nd ed., 0-321-21314-9), which includes
a chapter on this very subject. Perhaps Aaron will come out with a
new edition current as of 10.4/Core Data (hint, hint).

articles/000080.php. This site also has several other good tutorials,
particularly on Core Data.
