Well, that worked. I removed the file from the target, and it doesn't
complain any more. That doesn't explain why it doesn't complain about
all the other targets that do have their Info.plist as part of the
target.

Have you checked all build phases in all targets in the project? I
would be very surprised if Jim was not correct in his assessment of
this problem. At the very least try to remove, and re-add this file
to the project.
It also seems that your Info.plist might be part of one of your
targets? Note that Info.plist files usually shouldn't be part of
any target - as they're just referenced by the build settings.
