No Uli,
my application has been built with Development style.
It works well, no problem at all, I drag files on its icons and it opens the
files properly. The only one problem is that when I double click on a file
icon, the Finder launches an older version instead of the latest version.
Since I need to test old and new versions I have to keep the older version
on my disk, so I get this annoying problem all the time. To avoid the
problem I have to launch the latest version double clicking on its icon or
drag a file onto its icon.

Furthermore, my clients who updated to the new version but didn't delete the
old version, when double clicking on a file, get the older version launched
instead of the latest version. And they call me all the time saying that the
new feature doesn't work. I reply to them saying to delete the old versions
from the disk or to stuff them. Small problem but problem.

Best Regards
