transparent window and transparent button problems

I'm using RoundedFloatingPanel code from http://iratescotsman.com/
products/source/ and am running accross a problem.
The text looks weird, and the button that i created using custom
transparent images are having a problem once they have been pressed,
it seems like extra white is added to the them.

Anyone know what i need to do to fix this, seems like i'm not setting
