Unified instead of Brushed Metal NSDrawer

Hi guys.

I have a brushed metal application and want to use a drawer to that.
Normally the drawer should inherit the brushed metal l&f from it's parent window, right?
However it doesn't. The drawer is in unified look which I haven't seen so far and doesn' t seem the correct behaviour to me.
No matter how I create the Window, programatically or in IB.
Can someone explain this?

Best regards, Manfred
