NSPanel without window border decoration

Hi,

does somebody know how to create NSPanel that has no border decoration ?
I mean, no Close, no Zoom, no Hide and no ToolBar button.
(Removing from superview causes that you can't drag on position of removed buttons)
Such panel can be created in Interface Builder, but I couldn't find a way how to do it
programmatically.
(It should looks like Preferences panel in the iTunes).

Thank you.

Peter
