(Replying to myself) Just before I file a bug against this, can someone please confirm that this is still the case with Xcode 2.2?

Am I crazy, or can you no longer set the minimum and maximum width/ height of a window to the same value?

I have a window that I want to be only horizontally resizable. That is, it should always be 200 pixels high. To do this I set the minimum height to 200, and the maximum height to 200 -- but I can't! The maximum height immediately jumps to 201. So I have a window that resizes mostly horizontally but for one pixel of ugly vertical leeway. What's going on?

I'm certain I could do this before (before Interface Builder 2.1, perhaps?)...
