WebView Bindings

Hi, how can I bind to WebView? In IB it shows "editable" and "hidden" only.

I found on http://homepage.mac.com/mmalc/CocoaExamples/controllers.htmlthat:
"The only "visible" binding for a WebView is *hidden* ( :-) ). Other
bindings are made via other controls." But - what are those "other
controls"?
Then, I found a link

unfortunately it doesn't exist anymore.

Maybe I should describe what I'm trying to achive - I have a few HTML
strings in NSArrayController and I would like to render the current
seletion. How can I do that?
