Are you *sure* that you're doing your map projection correctly? If
you're getting data from a GPS device, remember that degrees of
latitude and longitude do NOT directly represent distance!
I am using degrees of latitude and longitude, I'd better find out how
I should be doing it. I thought that if the vertical and horizontal
both had 360 degrees you could map using a grid?
