Nope. The surface distance between degrees of longitude varies
according to the latitude you're at. They're farthest apart at the
equator, and converge at the poles. Also, you're trying to translate
a spherical surface onto a flat map. That's going to result in *some*
kind of distortion, no matter how you do it.
If you really want an accurate map representation, you're going to
have to study some cartography. It's not as simple as it might appear
at first glance.
