Resorcerer is an excellent program. ResEdit back in the day but don't
know if that's still available.
Alternately, you could take screenshots of the icons and clean them
up in a photo program. But watch out for copyrights and what not,
even if Apple doesn't seem to mind too much when folks use these
kinds of icons.
