Frameworks issue

I am developing a small app and I include the ApplicationServices.framework. (10.4.2)

The app runs fine on my mac.

But when I gave it to two persons to test it, the app does not launch on their mac.

The only difference their setup has is that they don't have Developers Tools installed. Everything else is the same.

I suspect the issue has something to do with how I linked/imported the frameworks on my project.

Any ideas?
