I got it working finally, using Carbon's LaunchServices. NSWorkspace didn't cut it, unfortunately.

It was actually pretty easy to do. Well this is another learning experience about Mac API development. Thank god I never had to do too much Mac API stuff before and I mostly did low-level complex abstract high performance stuff :)

Doing Levenshtein matrixes for bio-informatics is much easier than getting a CFM app to communicate with a Cocoa app, at least for beginners like me, hehe.
