Replacing runModalSavePanelForSaveOperation and getting it right someday...

I'm replacing runModalSavePanelForSaveOperation because it appears to be the only place to force a suggested save name which catches all paths.

Unfortunately, I have no way of setting the savePanelNameExtensionHidden flag on the document so the file isn't saved with the correct properties.

If I follow on and set the property using LSSetExtensionHiddenForURL the document window name takes a while to update, even if I prod the Window controller to refresh the name.

Any suggestions?
