I saw discussions about the possibility of using EOF in cocoa project a while ago but cannot find them anymore (don't know the conclusion). Can someone give an update on this? Thanks

It's pretty easy to use the ObjC EOF of WO4.5 in Cocoa (am still maintaining and upgrading two such applications). The obvious catch is you have to have WO4.5, which aren't sold nor supported for a long long time.

It should be possible to turn to free EOF (say, GDL2) instead. I am planning to do exactly this in future with the two aforementioned apps, but haven't got the time to begin yet, alas.

I'd recommend AJRDatabase over GDL2. (its on sourceforge)

Eventually I'll get around to finishing a FrontBase adaptor for it, I've just been busy with the job hunt lately.
