Open System Preferences?

Hey All !

Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to open the system preferences and activate a specific preference pane? The application im building has a preference pane within sys preferences to manage the prefs, and I was hoping that when the user selects preferences from the application menu that I could open the sys preferences...
