Also, please note that iTableColumnHeader's colors are not exactly
right. For best results you may need to take some screenshots of
iTunes's headers, as well as use Digital Color Meter (or Pixie) to
measure its colors, and then modify the code accordingly.

In my app I used this code to make my own NSCell. Then to avoid table
column resizing issues, I actually applied this custom NSCell to an
NSTextField positioned directly above the table. I then hid the actual
table column headers, and this is working great.
