Cocoa for Dummies book?

Maybe someone should write a 'Cocoa for Dummies' book - bet there'd be lots of takers! Especially if it covered topics often discussed on this list

1) Bindings
2) Cocoa/ObjC memory model
3) Drag and drop
4) AppleScript support
5) 'Core' tech (core-image, core data, etc...)
6) Delegates, protocols, categories, and other ObjC extensions/ weirdnesses
7) A basic overview of all the IB controls, and the delegates needed
8) NSDictionary/NSArray/NSString and their 'Mutable' offspring
9) Adding custom application/document icons
10) Unit testing
11) Other things I've forgotten... :)
