Nope. Installer scripts can do pretty much anything except interact with the user. If you just need to ask where they'd like to install something then just check the "Relocatable" box in the "Configuration" tab. If you need something significantly more sophisticated then you're either going to have to write your own installer or throw a lot of money at MindVision.
