ugh, this uses private API.

	It can't be stated _strongly enough_ that this is a bad idea.

This article doesn't state that very strongly at all, and the original web based article actually argues that (paraphrasing) "it's OK, Apple can't change this, it's used by the System".

	This is a terrible assumption.
