It can't be stated _strongly enough_ that this is a bad idea.
This article doesn't state that very strongly at all, and the
original web based article actually argues that (paraphrasing)
"it's OK, Apple can't change this, it's used by the System".
This is a terrible assumption.
I would concur. Developers incorporating the third party header this
site refers to should understand that they are proceeding at their
own risk. Several hundred functions in this SPI have been altered
recently for ongoing OS work and support of new development. If your
product relies on these SPIs it will fail in future releases.
