Is it a Universal Binary?

  • Subject: Is it a Universal Binary?
  • From: Chad Armstrong <email@hidden>

I've been following the instructions found on this website (http:// developer.apple.com/documentation/MacOSX/Conceptual/universal_binary/ universal_binary_compiling/chapter_2_section_3.html#//apple_ref/doc/ uid/TP40002217-CH206-TPXREF141), but after I rebuild my application, the Info box on the application still says that this is a PowerPC application, and not a Universal application. I've tried cleaning the project and doing a complete rebuild, but it still says PowerPC.

Any ideas on what I might be missing? I have the Architectures set to ppc i386, and the SDK has been set to Mac OS 10.4 (Universal). This is a fairly simple Cocoa app, so there doesn't seem to be much for outside dependencies.

Chad
