Oh, stop it. That page says: "awakeFromInsert ... that you can override to
perform initialization". That is what the OP needed to know (he wrote me
later to thank me and tell me so), so what's your beef? Besides, I said "in
effect", precisely to cover the fact that this isn't *really* the *class's*
designated initializer. m.
