realreplayer style NSWindow

Hi, All:

I want to have a window in my app much like the one in Mac realplayer:

Notice the bigger round corner.

I tried several ways, but no success, can anybody give a hint?

By the way, I do know the RoundTransparentWindow sample code, it is of no help for me since I do need the title bar.
