Sorry, someone had to say it. There's no way of doing that without reimplementing a large portion of the window UI yourself, and breaking the HIG into a million itty-bitty pieces along the way. The (now thankfully deceased) Mac version of Windows Media Player tried to do something like this, and it ended up looking like ass when Apple changed the window appearance slightly, leaving WMP with 10.2- style window borders when everything else was using 10.3-style.

Your product (SD-Star) would probably belong best in a standard Aqua window. Using anything else will just serve to annoy your users.
