Has anyone been successful creating a Universal Binary that works as far back as Mac OS 10.1? I've found a few links (such as this one: http://www.cocoadev.com/index.pl?UniversalBinariesAndJaguar ) which discuss Universal Binaries which can work on Mac OS 10.2, which is also good, but I'd ultimately prefer if I could go back as far as Mac OS 10.1.

I would tend to believe what you just need to do is to

1. get the Legacy XCode SDK for Mac OS X 10.1
2. applies the same settings as for 10.2 but with the 10.1.5 SDK

This could look something like this:

GCC_VERSION_ppc 2.95
MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET_ppc	10.1
SDKROOT_ppc /Blah/blah/blah
