I would like to submit a feature request for Xcode in general. I would like to know more information about doing so. If anyone knows anyone that may be able to help me that would be great.

By the way, Not only would I like to see Interface Builder included inside Xcode, but a package distribution bundled also. That way when a release is stable you don't have to build the package yourself.
