Hello,
I guess this is more a core audio question. The only solution I can
think of is attaching another audio device and outputting the audio
through this. i.e. audio from my program goes through external audio
device all other system and application audio goes through the built-
in audio device.
I thought maybe there would be a way to capture the audio device and
mask it so it only output for one application even if other
applications requested using it, but I can't see anyway of doing this.
Cheers,
Ewan

Hello,
I've a cocoa application which outputs audio. I'd like block other
applications audio while this application is running.
The audio the cocoa application is outputting is from a quicktime
movie it has opened and is playing.
Can anybody suggest a way to do this?
Cheers,
Ewan
