I'm not sure that's possible out-of-the-box. You can "send a window to
the dock", but that happens automatically. Do you want to do this only
for your application or for all applications' windows? The latter
would be very hackish, but I believe you should be able to write a
category on NSScreen or NSWindow to achieve the former.

Haven't tried this, though.
