Split View like the one in Mail.app

Hi !

I've seen a lot of applications using the same kind of split view than the one in Mail.app : no divider, but a "splitter" in one of the subview that resize the subviews.

How can I achieve such a behavior ? There is nothing in NSSplitView that allow me to change the divider position.
