Rotating Image Button

I am wanting to create a button much like that of iTunes and the Disc Burning facilities that when clicked, will rotate the image.

I am a newbie to cocoa and would like to know the basics to get started, i.e. do I use just a NSImageView, or NSButton, or do I need to look at something completely different? Any code examples would be appreciated, of course.
