We have an app that stores its documents as bundles and these also contain
some executable code so they can be loaded as plugins. They have a custom
extension that the app's plist includes.
Sometimes, when double clicking the documents, they open as if they were a
folder, revealing the Contents folder, rather than opening in our app.
What causes this and how can we prevent it?
