Adding a color picker to the color panel.

I have created a custom color picker that I am trying to add to a specific application without success.

The custom color picker I created works fine when I place it in ~/ Library/ColorPickers, but fails to work, or be found for that matter, by an application when it is specifically placed in the applications package. i.e. FooBar.app/Contents/Resources/ColorPickers/ MyCustomColorPicker.colorPicker location.

Does anyone know if this is a bug.
