How to ask for and utilize a user's password?

Hi,

I have a command-line utility that requires "sudo" to run.

I am currently converting the tool into a Cocoa based GUI tool.

Are there any samples that show how to prompt for a user's password, then
use that password to gain "sudo" like functionality?

Thanks!
CxT
