Hi!

If you want a full example on how to run a command-run utility in a
factored tool you can take a look at one of my projects, Lingon. You
can find the source code here:
http://lingon.sourceforge.net/
It also shows how one can send a dictionary (with different options
e.g.) to the tool and receive a return dictionary from the tool with
the result.

Cheers,

Peter

I have a command-line utility that requires "sudo" to run.

I am currently converting the tool into a Cocoa based GUI tool.

Are there any samples that show how to prompt for a user's password, then
use that password to gain "sudo" like functionality?
