Multiple developers and nib files

  • Subject: Multiple developers and nib files

How do teams share nib files? Whether saved in text or binary, it appears that if two people edit a nib, there is no way to merge the changes together in, say, Subversion.

What's the typical approach here? Split nibs as much as possible (just alleviates)? Lock the nib in Subversion (again not a real solution)?

I couldn't find anything about best practices on Apple's site, though they must run into the same issue.

Thanks for any advice.

Graham Perks.
