Issue with running a process as root

Hi all,

When I am trying to run a process as a root process using authorizeAndExecuteWithPriviliges() method one of my system folders permissions are changing. Can anyone suggest me the alternative such that the permissions for folder are not changed when a process is run as root process or can anyone suggest me alternatives for reverting back the permissions for that folder.
