iPhoto 08 Plugin SDK question

Hi all,

just downloaded the iPhoto 08 Plugin SDK and did the enclosed example.

It compiles without errors but I cannot get it work, it doesn't appear in iPhoto 08's Export dialog. Additionally, the build product is just a plain folder named "simpleFileExporter.iPhotoExport" with a plain folder icon. After adjusting the appropriate settings in the projects target "Build" tab ("Deployment Location", "Installation Build Products Location" and "Installation Directory") and compiling the folder does get copied into the installation directory ~/Library/Application Support/iPhoto/Plugins -- but as a normal folder.

Doesn't a plugin have a special icon? How come that my build result is just a normal folder?

Is this the problem at all why iPhoto 08 doesn't recognize the plugin?
