Hello I'm just starting out and need advice on which reference documents to
read.
My background; I have fiddled with the following programming languages:
Python, C, Hypertalk, Lingo, Pascal, Mathematica, Lisp.
I'm currently reading Hillegass' book but thought that I would get
acquainted with the reference docs from Apple. However there are so many
that I get overwhelmed. Here are some that look interesting to me.
The Objective-C Programming Language
Xcode Quick Tour Guide
Introduction to Xcode 2 User Guide
Memory Management Programming Guide for Cocoa
Cocoa Application Tutorial Using Objective-C
Foundation Framework Reference
Application Kit Framework Reference
Core Data Programming Guide
Objective-C Runtime Reference
Debugging with GDB
Interface Builder
But starting out I can't read them all at once, so I would appreciate if you
had only two to recommend to a newbie, which two would that be.
Frank
