Pull-down menu styles

In Interface Builder, pull-down menus seem to have four styles:

	Rounded
	Square (dim)
	Square Textured
	Shadowless Square (dim)

Why are Square and Shadowless Square unavailable? I could really use a square pull-down menu. But if the control just doesn't support these styles, I can't figure out why they'd be in the menu at all...
