I don't use Core Data, but can't you just say [myTableView reloadData];

I am still having problems trying to get my NSTableView (feed by
Core Data) to refresh after a object has been dragged to it.
If my window is the top window I can drag "Up" from the finder and
the new object is immediately shown in the table view.
If the finder window is the top window I can drag "Down" to my
window but the object is only displayed in the table once I click
on my window to make it the top level window.
I have tried [view setDisplayNeeded] and [window setDisplayNeeded]...
I don't mind if I have to programatically make my window the top
window but would rather it stayed in the background and
refreshed... I have also tried [window makeKeyAndOrderFront] but
that did not bring my apps window to the front.
Thanks Martin
