I want to make my program tiny , so I prefer to use the "small icon

Many application adopt the technology. They dont have the big menu
at the left side of the main menu bar. Instead, they just display a
tiny icon . When you click it, the function menus show up.
How to do it with the Interface Builder or other things? Thanks for
any reply.
