You could use bindings instead of action/target too.

I've googled, searched the list and the button programming doc. I
can't find references to the available delegate methods for a
checkbox. I see tons of references to checkboxes in tables where
the table change delegates get called. However, I'm just looking
for the "hey, this box got checked" delegate.
Can someone point me in the right direction? thanks!
