Not to be rude, but, while appreciated to keep things on task, this
response is rather rude. The first question a neophyte is going to
ask is "what's a more suitable forum?"
If this is sent via a template, at the very least add something like:
A list of Apple sponsored forums may be found at http://
lists.apple.com (or whatever.)
No additional work, and the person asking the question is more likely
to come away with a feeling that, while they were off topic, someone
at least directed them to a place to find a more appropriate forum.
Just a suggestion.
