Thanks to everyone who offered help... J o a r helped me to get it working... it was the SDK paths, among other things.

Adam, check the next target and configuration Xcode settings for your project:

SDK Path
	SDKROOT = /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk
Mac OS X Deployment Target
	MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET = 10.4
Framework Search Path
	(leave empty)
Header Search Path
	(leave empty)

If it does not help, send me your project, I'l try to fix it.

No, that's not it, but thanks for the tip anyway.
Whatever I do to the list of header files included, (I have taken out the Carbon/Carbon.h line, the QTKit/QTKit.h line and commented out others) I still get this same error... It's really frustrating!
If anyone would like to look over my entire project to try and work out what's wrong, just drop me an email and I'll send it over to you.
Thanks very much for all your help...

Here is my Header file that the errors refer to:

#import <Cocoa/Cocoa.h> #import <Carbon/Carbon.h> #import <ApplicationServices/ApplicationServices.h> #import <Quartz/Quartz.h> #import <QTKit/QTKit.h> #import "RSVerticallyCenteredTextFieldCell.h" #import "MUPhotoView.h"

A quick note: you seem to be including a whole lot of headers here that are not actually needed by the code below. It's probably better to just include what you actually need in the header itself here, and the rest in the .m file(s). This will also reduce the chance of weird things happening.
