Adding menu items to the "Help" menu

Hmm...

So I have this application that now has two very nice Help menus.. this is the result when I add a menu item using Interface Builder. I looked around the net and did not see anyone else with the problem and a solution.

So Cocoa friends--how do I add a menu item to the "Help" menu like "Visit WebSite" if I don't do it in Interface Builder?

Another interesting find.. I created a menu outlet and when I print the description of the object that is sent to me when I am in the awakeFromNib method I don't see the help menu listed. I see Apple, File and Window.. where did the help go?

Of course when my app runs there is a help menu.

Can you..err, help?
