So a follow up to my last email on the help menu...

So I looked at the nib file and noticed that at some point I deleted the help menu. Interestingly enough the system still shows a help menu--but the nib file does not contain one anymore. I think no problem--I'll add one--except I can't seem to do that via Interface Builder.

I use the duplicate menu command ... but just gets me two help menus.

What can I do?
