Drag a menu item from the menus palette on to the help menu and rename
it "AppName Help" where AppName is the name of your app. Set the
keyboard shortcut to Command-? and connect it to First Responder's
action showHelp:, or whatever it is. It may be File's Owner
(NSApplication) action, I'm not sure.
